Breeze Up Schedule Available Now

The schedule for the official Breeze Ups for New Zealand Bloodstock's 2008 Ready to Run Sale of 2YOs is now available.
Breeze Ups will take place at the Waikato Racing Club's Te Rapa racecourse next Monday and Tuesday (20 & 21 October), commencing at 10.30am each day. A total of 391 horses are set to be filmed and timed galloping over the final 200 metres of the Te Rapa straight.
Recent weeks have seen some exciting updates to the catalogue with Sousa�(Galileo)�winning the Group 1 AJC Spring Champion Stakes to further bolster the pedigree of Lot 81, his half-brother by High Chaparral on account of Rich Hill Stud. Subsequent to the catalogue going to print, Sousa also won the Group 3 Newcastle JC Spring Stakes.
Also of note was the recent win of Miss Scarlatti (Stravinsky) in the Listed VRC Super Impose Stakes which in turn bodes well for her half-brother by One Cool Cat from Lyndhurst Farm at Lot 369.
On the same day Lot 368's half-brother Swick (O'Reilly) ran second in the Group 2 VRC Gilgai Stakes (1200m) to take his earnings to A$745,200. Lot 368 is a gelding by Scaredee Cat in the Ellesmere Thoroughbreds draft.
