Day 2 of Karaka Premier Sale Live

The second and final day of the Karaka Premier Sale commences today at 11am with Lot 231 to Lot 447 going under the hammer.

After Day One, the Sale is tracking to post increases to all key figures. The average price is up 22% from last year to $177,832, the median price is up 36% from last year to $150,000 and the aggregate is tracking 26% higher than last year after Day One at a figure of $28,097,500. These results were achieved with a solid clearance rate of 76%.
