Karaka Stallion Parade

New Zealand Bloodstock will once again conduct the Karaka Stallion Parade on Friday 1 August, prior to the commencement of the Winter Mixed Bloodstock Sale.
Last year’s edition was well-received with 15 stallions from all over the country gathering at Karaka. Breeders, studs and interested parties relished the opportunity to view a large contingent of sires gathered in the one place heading into the new breeding season.Studmasters are invited to enter any stallion standing at stud this season, whether a first season or established sire. There is no entry fee to enter a stallion in the parade.
Parades will be conducted from 10am, with selling commencing for the Winter Mixed Bloodstock Sale at 12pm.
If you would like to enter your stallion, please advise James Jennings by Monday 28 July. A list of stallions on parade will be available on the NZB website, which will be updated as entries are received. A final list will also be distributed once entries close and will also be available from the Saleday Office on the day.
