Last Chance to Enter Karaka Million & Carnival Sale Bonus Race

This Sunday 8 April is the deadline for all Karaka Carnival Sale graduates to enter New Zealand Bloodstock's two exciting, new incentive races: the 2008 Karaka Million and Carnival Sale Bonus Race.

The Karaka Million is set to be be hosted by the Northern Cluster of racing clubs on the eve of next year's Karaka Premier Sale. The country's richest race for two-year-olds will form the feature of a Twilight Meeting at Ellerslie racecourse. The initial entry fee for the race is just NZ$750+GST.

An additional incentive for graduates of the inaugural Karaka Carnival Sale is the chance to win a $100,000 bonus (including $10,000 to the owner of the yearling at the time of sale). The first Carnival Sale graduate past the post in the Carnival Sale Bonus 2YO Race at Ellerslie on Derby Day will win the NZ$100,000 bonus, even if they come last! The entry fee is NZ$250+GST.
