Perak Turf Club Announces Airfreight Subsidy for Purchases at Ready to Run Sale

In a show of support towards its trainers and owners, Perak Turf Club has announced today a significant subsidy for purchases from New Zealand Bloodstock’s 2023 Ready to Run Sale due to be held at Karaka next week.

Perak Turf Club’s Management Committee member Soo Lai Kwok is keen to encourage local owners and trainers to purchase at the number one sale of two-year-olds.

“Perak Turf Club is working hard to build the horse population in the area and increase the quality of horses in stables,” he commented.

“We have targeted this Sale due to its graduate success, value for money and the big number of horses catalogued to assess.”

Owners and trainers of the first ten horses purchased that are bound for Perak-based stables will be eligible for a NZ$5,000 NZB Airfreight subsidy.

Horses must be raced from a Perak-based stable for their first two years of racing to be eligible for the subsidy.
